The Personal Security Manager (PSM) is not included in the installer builds,
like it is in the tar builds.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Install a recent build using the installer.

Actual Results:  PSM is not available after the installation.

Expected Results:  PSM should have been installed.

I have not tried the win32 installer builds, so I can't say if this is just a
problem on Linux. The best thing would of course be if an option was added to
the installer where the user could select if he/she wanted PSM installed.
