Found on nightly (June 6 2011) on Galaxy Tab - see video below!

(1) Go to a page like m.spiegel.de and let it load
(2) pan down, starting pan on a link, so the link gets highlighted (almost every headline on this page is a link)

Result: link gets highlighted as you pan, even without explicitly tapping on it (which is okay)

(3) pan down some more, NOT tapping on another link

Result: when scrolling comes to a stop, suddenly a different link is highlighted, not even near where you tapped to do the pan. It feels like somehow the tapping lags behind the panning:

Expected: no link highlighting, unless user taps. No "random" link highlighting
