So how do I tell Firefox 6 to stop garbage collecting so frequently, which, depending on what I'm doing, can lock up my system? It's the only thing that makes sense why 6 is hanging so much more than 5. I'm sorry to ask this in a bug report, but this is the only place that mentions this setting being obsolete that I can find.
I backup the last question, GC seems to cripple firefox, I want a way to disable it. I have tons of ram.
