Using the existing /m experience, update design for device detection for users we are unable to determine device for, "Sorry, we were unable to determine the mobile device you're using, please select from the following options:....)
Target Milestone: 2.9 → 2.10
The action for users who don't have iOS, Android, Maemo would be to learn more about current supported platforms and devices. [https://www.mozilla.com/en-US/mobile/platforms/]

Also Include FAQ. 

User Research may be beneficial here.
