662970 - a user should be able to enter filter criteria into fields with advanced filtering

The filtering UI allows you to specify filter text for specific fields.  currently you can only do this in the drop-down auto-complete text.  But if the user expands advanced filtering, they should see the keyword filters as empty boxes with a little text input that allows you to add a filter directly for that field.

this would make it clearer how to filter on a specific field.

this comes from an IRC chat we had when I was first trying to use the filter by field to filter by step-text in a test case and I wasn't able to figure it out.  Perhaps I'm not the only one that would have trouble.
