Details

When an admin, or someone with the new permission to mark any question as solved, solves a question the message on the page still indicates the owner picked the answer.

1) pick any unsolved question with a reply
2) log in with user who has "questions | question | Can change/remove the solution to a question" permission
3) Solve question > view page

expected: Answer chosen by new user or just 'Chosen Solution'
actual: 'Solution Chosen by QuestionAuthor'- which is not correct.
