When I receive a vCard from an Outlook sender, the picture (logo) present into the vCard is not displayed by Thunderbird.
If I save this vCard on the desktop and then try to import it (with the new functionality of Thunderbird 5), the picture doesn't appear too.

Step to reproduce:
- try to send yourself a vcard with an image (or use the one available in attachment).
- click on the icon to open the contact informations.
- Thunderbird will display all the contact's informations excepted the picture.

Same problem exists on linux x86-64 platform, looks like regression was introduced recently, because with TB 3.1 images were importing.

In TB3.1, you were not able to import vCard file, so this is certainly not a regression ;-)

vCard import came in TB9, and was tracked in bug 646638

Reproduced with Thunderbird 78.6.0 (32 bits):

Severity: normal → S3

Codain, Thunderbird has a newer address book. Do this still reproduce for you?

The contact picture is correctly displayed using TB 102.5.0 and TB 115.2.0.
