STR:
1. Start Nightly
2. Select Français
3. Select Continuer, Continuer en "Anglais (bug 665523)
4. Tap the Awesome Bar, see the bookmarks under Marque-pages as Français
5. Back out, go to Preferences, change Language to English (US) and Restart
6. Tap the Awesome Bar, see the bookmarks under Bookmarks 

ER: Bookmarks take on English locale after changing locale.

I don't think we can change this. It's the same issue we have in any multi-locale version. If the phone is in French, when you firstrun Fennec, we sense the French locale and create the profile based on French. Switching to any other language after that will _not_ change the bookmarks.

Once the profile is created, we can't change the bookmark text easily.
