Details

I changed nsEmbedAPI.cpp and recompiled. 
This built a new libembed_base_s.a.
However building in any/all the other embedding dirs did not rebuild gtkEmbed so 
the changes in libembed_base_s.a were not included.
Doing a make in the embedding/config dir simply copied the out-of-date version.
