libSSL has functions that are only useful to multi-process SSL servers that share a single SSL server session cache. The version of selfserv on mozilla does not have the ability to regression test the multi-process server functions in libSSL. Consequently, we do not detect regressions in that area. selfserv should be enhanced so that it is capable of being a multi-process SSL server.

Implemented in rev 1.16 of selfserv.c New -M maxProcs option specifies the number of processes to share the single listen socket. This feature is NOT in Beta 3.
