The implementations of nsStreamListenerProxy and nsStreamProviderProxy
should QI their nsIStream{Listener,Provider} members to nsIStreamObserver
before handing them off to the nsStreamProxyBase base class.  Not doing
so prevents implementors from inheriting from both nsIStreamListener
and nsIStreamProvider.
