Tested on Win7 x64 SP1. The failure's at <https://mxr.mozilla.org/comm-central/source/mailnews/import/oexpress/WabObject.cpp#252>

Error 0x8001010e is "The application called an interface that was marshalled for a different thread." We're still on the same thread, and we don't make any COM calls ourselves.

This might be a red herring or it might be a real bug -- I'm not sure yet.
Can't reproduce on 32bit windows 7.
Hardware: x86 → x86_64

Outlook Express import code was removed a few years ago
