The website (mozilla-europe.org and mozilla.com) footer links to the Mozilla Europe privacy policy.
A new version of the US Mozilla privacy policy has been released on June 28, 2011:
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/privacy-policy.html
Update the Mozilla (Europe) privacy policy for each locale.
