Since the recent aurora to beta transition, there is no more Firefox 6.0a binaries in the aurora channel. The channel page have not updated with this message and still points to 6.0a binaries which are 404. 

Steps to reproduce:
a. Enter the channels page at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/channel/
b. Download Aurora binary.

Current result:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-aurora-l10n/firefox-6.0a2.he.linux-i686.tar.bz2 which doesn't exist at all. 

‎There are some recent 7.0a binaries on that directory.
Same issue with all-aurora.html. See also bug 669843.
