At next push add in the following to the settings_local.py file on AMO:

ARECIBO_SERVER_URL = 'http://arecibo1.dmz.sjc1.mozilla.com'
If the only configuration here is adjusting the settings_local this bug should be closed as this is on http://etherpad.mozilla.org:9000/amo-6-1-6-push for the next push.

In fact, it should probably be closed regardless, and instructions added to that etherpad.
