1. go to people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/fennec/
2. select fennec_ar.xpi
3. accept the extension for download
4. click on the notification down in the lower right hand corner

Expected: goes to the addon or download control panel and shows progress
Actual: goes to the addon panel, does not show download progress.
Priority: -- → P3
WFM in today's nightly.  Not sure why it didn't get triggered before.
