Details

The permissions check tool that Noah implemented in bug 670781 reveals that integration/fx-team is an scm_level_1 repo. It merges directly with mozilla-central, so it should match mozilla-central's permissions and be scm_level_3. I guess this was just forgotten when fx-team was set up (bug 663147).
