steps to reproduce:
1. load https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/thunderbird/search/es?q=fire
2. Compare it to https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/thunderbird/search/?q=fire&cat=all&x=0&y=0

expected behavior:
we show the # of search results irrespective of how many search results were found

actual behavior:
we show the # of search results only if there are more than 20 results (resulting in pagination)

Both of those links are 500 errors. The new search designs show how it should look -- we should display results count regardless of the number.

The number of search results is now always shown below the new sidebar filters:
