675852 - engagementadm needs to use webapp::admin

Currently, engagementadm gets no love from webapp::admin..  The /data/ tree and deploy scripts are not standardized.  Gotta fix this without breaking anything, before we go any further with this cluster.

Plan of action:

- create webapp::admin::engagement
- include webapp::admin::engagement
- move the following to their rightful dev, stage, prod homes:
--- demos.mozilla.org (is this on engagement anymore?)
--- mozillademos.org (is this on engagement anymore?)
--- markup.mozilla.org
--- webifyme.org
- test the puppetized deploy scripts

demos.mozilla.org is attempting to be EOL'd in bug 666457.

mozillademos.org is scheduled to be moved to the MDN cluster in bug 670276, which depends on demos.mozilla.org being EOL'd.

Sites still need moved in prod.  this will be a bit more involved.

All prod sites were moved to engagementadm last night.

and there was much rejoicing..  yay
