After check-in for bug664907, the os2 build uses MOZ_CHROME_FILE_FORMAT=symlink in omnijar builds. Although this builds, there's no functional browser at all only a tiny window showing Title in the title bar. The background of the window is yellow and red letters show "%brandDTD" with an arrow pointing to "%". OS/2 must use also the flat format.
