67995 - messages with attachments don't list attachments and generate JS error

Build is 2001 02 07 11.  If you view an message with an attachment ( like say,
jrgm's perf measurements ) the popup in the upper right hand corner of the
message envelope doesn't show up and there's a JS error on the console.  That
error is:

isn't this a dup of hyatt's xbl bug? xul popups don't always come up.

I don't think so.  This looks like a completely different problem to me.  You
don't even get the site for the popup.

I'm not seeing this on Windows either.  This hadn't been working for me for a
week and now the attachments popup is ok. This is with 2001020804 NT.

I see the attachment button and popup when I click on it in today's 020808
mozilla build with both classic and modern themes set.

Attachment: Screenshot showing weird-looking headers and no attachment window

I'm getting similar results--this just started a few days ago. (Build ID:
2002121215, but this happened with an earlier build too.)

Headers display differently, I can't see any attachments, and double-clicking a
message opens an empty message window.

I'm attaching a screenshot to show how the headers looked.

Also, I checked the JS console and, sure enough, it had a bunch of error
messages, including:
