There are several crashes in the above query that appear to be dupes but are not marked as such.

Actually I have seen it with other signatures besides the one in Comment 0 as well.

Dupes are only marked in a regular job that runs every hour or so, so if reports are newer then 1-2 hours, they are just not marked yet and this is normal and expected.
The reports in comment #0 are older than that and still not marked, so something looks broken with those.
