The jetpack owa is hardcoded to localhost:8420 for app discovery, we need a mechanism to allow users to choose a store, and at least default to a url for mozilla.
Ultimately this seems like it should be a form of Activity, with stores being implementors

I don't think this is a form of activity, it is a function of discovering apps that support an activity.  The activity pickers should provide a discovery mechanism of some kind.

Where the url to the store is hardcoded in the default picker.
