wiping the account on one device and then wiping on another device leads to a message "That account is not known. (Can not happen?)"

1. on iOS device log into pancake 2. on desktop log into pancake 3. wipe account on iOS device and submit it for wiping 4. wait for a little while and then wipe on desktop Expected: that account does not exist Actual: Wipe/Close your Account This will close your account and delete all your data. chances of the end user doing this are slim to none unless they are purposefully doing this
