Details

Further to there being multiple Firefox email scams happening in the UK (We've been getting lots of notices and questions from people about an email scam that tells recipients they've won 750,000 Great British Pounds from Mozilla Firefox), I'd like to create the following response plan:

• Create a SUMO article
• Add information to the footer of all Firefox and You emails we send out as Winston suggested with the abuse@mozilla.org/com notice
• Add information / a line in the email preference centre
• Use the October Firefox & You security focused newsletter to help users address scamming in general
• Create further articles giving advise on these kinds of matters (Carmen already has plans to create more helpful content for users, with Michael Verdi from SUMO)
• Post those article via our social media channels regularly 

I'd like to make sure that we have most of the following complete by September 30.
