Details 
We need to move to the api and metadata described in that document.  Note I'm not talking about the OWA API itself, just the share API - ie, I don't mean the "postResult" etc API, just the "features", "constraints" etc metadata.
Reducing the scope of this bug to only the things described in getPreferences - some other api changes are more problematic.
