As part of the .com / .org merge, we should fix any and all redirects that currently go to mozilla.com to instead go straight to the correct location on mozilla.org. This will save a redirection layer for the affected sites (making them faster), and make troubleshooting them a bit simpler later on.

It's also a good time to remove any no-longer-needed redirects to reduce our configuration footprint, as well as simplify any Apache / DNS / Zeus configs affected that. For example, some sites previously existed on their own and have since been turned in to simple redirects... but their original configs still exist, serving only to confuse us.

This is also a good time to attempt to "upgrade" these redirects to preserve SSL status. At present, most of them do not, and simply default to HTTP.

Still other redirects are probably 302's when they should be 301's. We can fix these at this time as well.

This bug will serve as a tracking bug. I will create separate bugs for any moderately-complicated change, as well as big "combined" bugs for all the very simple 1-redirect sites. The goal will be to have someone eyeball the new redirects for sanity before putting them into place.

I've changed another half-dozen of these, and I don't think there's any more low-hanging fruit. Anything else will need to be pointed out by someone in a new bug.
