There are two separators in the Edit menu of the bookmarks manager window

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Launch Mozilla
2) Bookmarks|Bookmarks Manager
3) Edit menu


Actual Results:  There are two separators in the menu

Expected Results:  Only one separator

Happens on all platform
