6855 - Some new Bugzilla account requests not going through

The following Netcenter QA folks put in requests for Bugzilla and have not
received notification/password information for their requested accounts.
kas, degreen, nanwar, jlaramie, syndee, lau (all of @netscape.com fame)

terry, what do ya think?  I tested a bit and Bugzilla does not recognize these
people yet.  This is blocking these folks from using Bugzilla.  Thanks!

There were some bugs with creating a new account.  They were fixed a few weeks
ago.  I don't know when these folks tried to create their accounts; that may be
some of the problem.

Please have everyone try again.  They should just go to
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/createaccount.cgi and type in their email address.
If they already have an account (some of the people you list do, some don't),
then it will instruct them how to get their password mailed to them.  If they
don't already have an account, then one will be created, and the password will
be mailed to them.

Everyone who couldn't get accounts has reapplied and received their accounts at
this point. This should be closed.
