Steps to reproduce:

Went to www.vallecitos.us, clicked on "Things to Do" at top, then clicked on "Cross Reference" at bottom left.  Cross-reference is displayed with horizontal maroon lines separating the sections.  Then chose "Print Preview" from menu.


Actual results:

The horizontal maroon lines did not appear on the print preview (or on a subsequent print to the printer).


Expected results:

They should have appeared on the print preview.

I can confirm that the horizontal maroon lines are not displayed on the print preview or when printing. But also, this behavior is encountered on several browsers (IE8, Safari 5.0, Chrom 11). IMO this issue is web site related.
