(Whiteboard: [testday-20110916])

Non-ASCII characters in add‐on names appear as question marks in compatibility reports.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/compatibility/report/8.0
2. Find there an add‐on title displayed with “?”.
3. Go to the add‐on’s page to see the actual title.

Expected results:
Only actual question mark characters are rendered as “?”.

Actual results:
What is displayed as “?” is actually a non-ASCII character (e.g. Chinese or Cyrillic).
Works at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/compatibility/15.0:
* “新同文堂 (New Tong Wen Tang)” at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/compatibility/15.0?page=14
* “Diccionario español Argentina” at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/compatibility/15.0?page=11
