Non-ASCII characters in add‐on names appear as question marks in compatibility reports. Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/compatibility/report/8.0 2. Find there an add‐on title displayed with “?”. 3. Go to the add‐on’s page to see the actual title. Expected results: Only actual question mark characters are rendered as “?”. Actual results: What is displayed as “?” is actually a non-ASCII character (e.g. Chinese or Cyrillic).
