Details
Currently, TPS sends e-mails to interested parties when tests fail. It would be better to move this functionality into Autolog, so people could subscribe themselves to a particular tree and harness, and receive e-mails when any relevant jobs fail.

The Autolog code lives at http://hg.mozilla.org/automation/autolog; the UI is mostly in the js directory. The right place to add an e-mail generator would probably be in autolog_server.py, in add_testgroup().
