and thus is swapping heavily due to mysql using 7GB of RAM for buffer pool, alongside the rest of the OS
pushed files/etc/my.cnf.sync59.db.scl2.svc.mozilla.com with a 4GB buffer pool until we resolve this
bad RAM swapped, put 4GB modules back in, so it's up to 32GB total.

back to atoll for my.cnf adjustment.
