This could be a duplicate of 547591, but it does not mention border-radius so I'm opening this one just in case. Using border-radius in conjonction with -moz-border-*-colors seems to hit a slow path somewhere (which I assume is http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/layout/base/nsCSSRenderingBorders.cpp#1534)

vivien, you can use the B2G build to profile, it has symbol info (no wireless though)
-moz-border-colors was removed in bug 1429723.
