On https://mozillians-dev.allizom.org/en-US/about, the headings and images for "Privacy First" and "Get Involved" aren't linked.

The only links are below, in the last paragraph of the text; we should probably link the image and the heading, since there's only one link (so far) associated with those two content blocks.

Edited CSS to allow a transparent/clickable overlay for the Privacy First and Get Involved images.
