There's a ton of websockets test code in Chromium that I'm tempted to
slurp up en masse into Mozilla. AFAICT it's all BSD-licensed (that's
the default for Chromium), so I'm assuming it'd be easy enough to slurp
it into our licensing? But I haven't done this before--is there a
process? Cut-and-paste BSD licensing boilerplate from Chromium into the
top of each file (or some LICENSING file in the directory)?
Assuming this code is not built into Firefox or any other product, then check that the license is in fact BSD, then stick it all in a separate directory and make sure there's a top-level LICENSE file.
