690559 - Add a comment box to invite a mozillians page

I suggest adding a comment textbox to the add a mozillians web page.   That way a person has the option to type in a special message when inviting someone to join the site.  This is customary on other web sites when forwarding to people to sign up.

[fix bug 690559] Add a personal comment to invites.

Refactored message to use jinja template.
Added invite message to test_invites.
Added tests to make sure that we can send invites without
the optional personal message.
