Steps to reproduce:

Open a webpage, click some links. Make sure back/forward buttons are not empty.
Then set system time for 2 hours back (or wait 2 hours).
Click some more links.
Press CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE to open "Clear Recent History" window
Select "Last hour" and "Browsing and download history"
Press clear button

Actual results:

Back/Forward buttons are disabled (empty), even though they contained history from 2 hours back.

Expected results:

Session history should not be all wiped out it should obey the clearing rule selected by user.
