Steps to reproduce:

Type anything in either the address or search bar


Actual results:

a drop down appeared with things that I was likely typing in.

I then press the "down" arrow to select the top most entry.

aaanndd it goes to the bottom of the list...so i hit it again and it goes to the middle of the list, on the third hit of the "down" arrow it finally settles at the top of the list.


Expected results:

It should have selected the top most...selection, from the drop down list.
