Edit Review in user profile page do not show the existing title

Details

Steps:
=========
1. Log in to AMO and load user profile page from My Account->View Profile
2. My Reviews: Click on "Edit Review" of any review
Note: Review should contain a title
3. Edit Review dialog is shown

Expected Result: Existing review information is displayed intact for editing

Actual Result: Previous title of the review is displayed blank

Noticed the following:
- Write a new title and submit the form: Instead of new entry previous entry is displayed. Only on page reload the new title is displayed
This is not the case with the other information: star rating and review description
