builder.amo should be moved to phx1 soon..  What all needs to happen here?
I'll set up dev and staging and get back to you with the details.
https://builder-addons.allizom.org/ is stage now and in PHX.
prod is up at https://builder.addons.mozilla.org/, but you have to add "63.245.217.109 builder.addons.mozilla.org" to /etc/hosts.

The database and netapp mount are different then prod in SJ, so we will have to resync right before flipping over.
