Fallout from bug 689649 - there are 73 builds that are pending but have no slaves to complete them, because the builders have been deprecated.

catlee, I can fix up the buildrequests table by marking the jobs complete. Do you know if we have to take care of buildsets or anything else in the db ? I'm thinking of wait times or other metrics reports.
not that I'm aware of. for past instances of this problem, I've simply deleted the build request rows.
