Today's experience:

The main air.mozilla page (the new non-hd stream) streamed about 10 secs of video/audio before stopping.  Refreshing the page got the same result (with the same 10 secs of video/audio).

Trying "old air mozilla" had no audio in the stream at all.
I just tested the old air mozilla, audio is working.

I think the current rig works well enough. There is work to be done, but we're better than unusable.
