Steps to reproduce:

Windows 7 Professional N
64 bit operating system.
-Open Bugzilla home page.
- Log in.
- Click "Product Dashboard" link
- Click some product.
- Click tab "test cases".
- Click any taste to open it.



Actual results:

Test is opened and start to roll down till disappear at all.


Expected results:

Test is opened and stay.
