At the moment, Contributors Forum threads include links to the following pages at the bottom of each page.

It will be great to have these links at the top of the page too, in order to streamline the navigation.
OS: Mac OS X → All
Hardware: x86 → All

Trying to add some more details for a potential new contributor.  I'm not familiar with the codebase so correct me on any of this:

Notice that the page navigation is only at the bottom.  This bug is requesting pagination above the posts as well.
