Suggest when users clone test cases there is a confirmation when action is successful.

it's fairly obvious when you clone something.  not sure if we need this message.

We also currently don't do confirmation messages for deletion from a list, for the same reason.

man, this one totally slipped through the cracks
I retract the confirmation msg request- as the cloned items appear immediately with the cloned title, so it's obvious it was created
