If more than 16 people connect to a public etherpad, then they get an error: "Sorry, only 16 people are allowed to edit a single pad at the same time in the free version of EtherPad."
This constraint was met today during our test-day event in which we have more than 16 active contributors/staff trying to access our event day ether-pad.

This limit is raised to 64 on the live instance.

Kicking this over to web dev, it will need to be updated in our source repo as well, which I don't currently have access to.

Etherpad is in the midst of a bit of an overhaul (yes, again), which should make this process a bit more seamless in the future.
