I've created a CSV that includes the banner ID, color, and locale of the 167 banners we want to import for the 1.0 release. The are only the "arrow" banners because we do not have a field in the database to differentiate between the arrow and bubble banner types. The bubble banners can be in a future release after an additional field is added to the database. The first row of this data is the column headers.
