Need moar context.
See Bug 694718. I have some hacky code to cause Sync requests to include a header which prompts Zeus to send back an error response. This allows testing to proceed without ops involvement.

I think this bug is related to the one I opened?
Bug 698308 - Need a client-side method/add-on for working with ZeusSetup#Server:_Sync
I don't think we'll be investing more into Zeus to test Sync.
