The StyleInspector Panels' CssHtmlTree components aren't being thoroughly tested as a result of bug 685893. We should create a new test to do this properly.

The code being referenced here (in this bug report) is in the test file browser_styleinspector_webconsole.js which is going to be removed by bug 700331. That code is also a test for bug 680111, but it was commented out in bug 685893.

This bug should now be about writing a test for the Style Inspector selector specificity calculator. (or something similar)
